Job Summary - CORRECTIONAL HEALTH Controls and communicates information to Harris Health community/specialty clinics to include scheduling appointments, x-rays, laboratory results, and coordinates the returning of results. Responsible for notifying the Transportation Division of the Harris County Sheriff's Office of the need to transport the inmates to various clinics the following day. Maintains a database/log of pending appointment in the Harris Health Specialty clinic. Works in collaboration with the Harris Health Patient Access Management (PAM) team. Prepares physician consults to send to Lyndon Baines Johnson General Hospital (LBJGH), Ben Taub General Hospital (BTGH), or other health care agencies in order to schedule appointments for various clinics unable to
