Job Summary - CORRECTIONAL HEALTH The Substance Abuse Project Coordinator position's responsibilities include supervision of the Correctional Health Substance Abuse Program, A New Beginning (ANB); ensures program operations are carried out under the supervision of the Director of Operations or his/her designee; organizes the activities of Substance Abuse Program in accordance with the mission and goals of the Harris Health System; oversees the individualized substance abuse counseling, chemical dependency education, coordination of care and case management of the patients in care of Harris County Jail.
