Manager - Outpatient Services Access/Brief
Position SummaryThis manager position is responsible for the direct oversight and supervision of the Access Center and the Adult Brief Therapy Team, including clinical oversight, personnel management and program administration. Provides direct supervision of Clinical Assessors, Clinical Phone Screeners and Adult Therapists. Recruits, hires and evaluates staff and monitors program and staff productivity. Works together with the Director of Access and Therapy Services to ensure that the system of access into GLMH operates effectively within agency, MCOs, and fiscal parameters. This position is also responsible for managing the intern selection process and provides consultation to the entire clinical team regarding PCOMs.The Manager of Outpatient Services - Access & Adult Therap
