Job Summary CORRECTIONAL HEALTH: This position is responsible for the coordination of the transfer of patients from, to and between Harris Health facilities and Correctional Health. The Transfer Coordinator functions to support the Transfer Center Clinical Nurse Case Manager in the prioritization and verification of transfer requests. This position is also accountable for the maintenance of department records and statistics associated with transfer requests. Minimum Qualifications: Education/specialized training/licensure: High School diploma or equivalent Work experience: Three (3) years experience in a clerical role in health care facility.
