Job Summary - CORRECTIONAL HEALTHCollaborates with the Nurse Manger to enhance the quality of care, improve staff performance and mentor the nursing staff while supervising the day-to-day activities of the assigned area. Provides leadership to ensure the smooth operation for the area.
