You will supervise Institution Registered Nurses, Health Services Technicians, and Certified Medication Aids. You may also supervise Registered Nurses who have been designated as Lead Workers and Pharmacy Technicians 2. Your duties will include recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, assigning, and managing employee performance. You will establish and manage systems to deliver medical, dental, hospice, psychiatric treatment, and medications services on a 24-hour, 7-day per week basis for adults in custody (AICs) housed in a variety of units including, but not limited to, general population, infirmary, minimum housing, disciplinary segregation unit, mental health unit, and administrative segregation unit. You will ensure the standard of health care is consistent with that avail
